SK sat outside the OT. Within few minutes KK was wheeled out of the pre operative room wearing a gown. The gown was a two piece- A half sleve top and a lower that could be lifted from the bottom like a ladies nightieThis time she was lying on the wheeled bed draped by a sheet.


SK- All the best and dont worry. Everything will be OK


And finally she was in the OT. She was very scared as she was entering the OT for the first time. She had never done such scene even in a movie.

A nurse held a small bottle and said to KK “ Mam you have to take this”

KK- Whats it

Manish- Mam this is a liquid based sedative
KK- Why this for me. I have heard from people that anesthetic is either injected or inhaled then why drops for me

Manish- Mam your BP is on the lower side. I cant give you anesthetic in traditional form

KK- Oh OK. But is everything alright (She sounded scared)

Manish- yeah everything is super. You will not have any discomfort

KK- I hope I will wake up after the surgery

Manish- Hahaha yes mam ofcourse. The procedure will be a success and you will wake up without the pain

KK- OK (As she had no other option)

Nurse- So now are you ready mam

KK- Yeah

Nurse- Please sit up and open your mouth

KK sat up and waited for the liquid with open mouth.The nurse put five drops in her mouth and within few seconds KK’s eyes closed and she lost her control. The nurse and Manish gave her support and made her lie on the bed. “Doc she is under sedation. You can start the procedure.” and she left the OT from the other door. Doctor switched on a button and SK could see the light bulb outside the OT glow showing that surgery was in progress


The posture in which she was lying had made her lower part of the gown rise to her thighs and her white lacy panty could also be seen slightly. First Manish pulled her eyelids and put light in her eyes to check whether she was actually unconscious then he put his finger in front of her nose to confirm that she was breathing. When he was satisfied he began the 'procedure'. He made a call from his cell.
