Dinesh Promised to pass the exams if not he ll be not able to meet his friends & mainly the top floor will be rented to a family, but he once again failed to succeed & he has to accept his mom decision. 
Out of anger, he moved to his grandpa place for a time, he does'nt know at the moment that the top floor has be rented to a family.
